This is the greatest of problems we faced in the teaching and learning process. To me any thing that distracts attention among learners is what i may refer to as problem behavior. These are issues as referred to in our task 3. The question is managing these issues.

that is true Margret by time they all get a chance to use or see the device so much time will have been wasted, but we can engage those that are waiting and those that have already seen with an exercise.

This refers to using a tech tool to do things inthe same old way with no functional change. This is at the lowest level of the SAMR model.

How do we do this Julius? One way is to smartly integrate mobile devices as handy materials to enhance learning but this begins with coming out with a policy.

Even in their groups, they could still be encouraged to start up their own libraries of information on topics or tasks assigned to them by their teachers. -

The device would therefore have to be shared and a schedule has to be put in place that all groups should adhere to.

I think that one of the key questions we should look at is; How can a teacher get to combine what the learners know about technology with what they the teachers know and require about education?
Secondly, What can a teacher do to facilitate research and collaboration amongst the learners given the only one technology device in the classroom.-
