She outlines elements of 21 Century classrooms and shows how teachers can visualize and implement them.

In this article it shows that for a start learners might not be able to learn independent of a teacher. It advocates for blended learning.
A virtual classroom session once in a while would suffice. -

That first resourse is so nice. Virtual classes can be conducted anywhere and in so doing allowing us to break down the walls.
