- Action Plan: My Teaching – Describe three do-able changes to be implemented. Answer this question: If someone were to visit your classroom in a year’s time, what would they see to show that you have implemented these changes?
- Action Plan: My School – Describe one do-able change related to the whole school that you and your colleagues can work towards, and how it will be achieved. Answer this question: If someone were to visit your school in a year’s time, what would they see to show that you have implemented this change?
