This is not necessary because you are no longer on the course. You did not attend the orientation session and sent no communication and MoES indicated that you can no longer be on the course.

I have just seen this. I did not receive any communication from MOES for the second orientation if tit was their. I attended the first orientation. and did the final assignment for the first session.
